DISH (Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal Hyperostosis)
•Forrestier’s Disease
•“Flowing Bone” ossification of the spinal ligaments
•Creates synostosis of vertebra and reduction of ROM
•Can be found with DDD but commonly found in normal height discs too
•Associated with Diabetes
