•40 yo male with intermittent incapacitating LBP (LBA) 2-3x/year
•Has “catch” on flexion/extension ROM
• No evidence of radiculopathy
•Pain does radiate into buttocks when back pain becomes severe
•50% LBP 50% upper SI P
