Modic Changes Right Lateral Endplate
•This can cause local unilateral LBP worse with loading and vibration
•With severe flare-ups, can radiate into thigh (sclerotomal pain)
•50% of IDR patients however are not symptomatic
•Did you note the left angular collapse on the X-ray?
